Invitation to Bid on Equipment from Sweet Grass County Weed Department

Sweet Grass County is accepting bids on a 2013 Kubota RTV900XTWL Side by Side with Spray Tank. There are approximately 574 hours on this machine and it has a diesel engine.  This machine is equipped with 75 gallon sprayer with 100 ft hose reel and boomless nozzles. There is a minimum bid of $7500.00.  A 2007 Yamaha Grizzly 400 ATV with winch. A 2010 SureTrac single axle utility trailer with ramps. A 2002 CYCO single axle utility trailer with ramps. These items will be sold AS IS. You may view the items by contacting Connie Weston with the Sweet Grass County Weed Department at 406-932-3582. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with “equipment bid” year and make of the machine written on the outside of the envelope.  Bids will be accepted until 5:00 pm on December 1, 2023. Bids will be opened in the Board Room of the Sweet Grass County Commissioners on December 4, 2023, at 11:00 am. Mail bids to Sweet Grass County PO Box 888, Big Timber, MT 59011 or deliver them to the Sweet Grass County Clerk and Recorder’s Office at 115 W. 5^th Ave., Big Timber, MT.
